Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getcodecraft.com (the "site") operated by CodeCraft Studio ("CodeCraft", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they differ.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Quotes and enquiries
Any pricing, package, or estimate shown on the site is for general information and is not a binding offer. Final scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding, and code of this site are owned by CodeCraft Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without permission. Ownership of work we create for clients transfers as set out in the relevant project agreement — typically to the client on full payment.
Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or rely on third-party platforms (for example Shopify, hosting, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we make no guarantees about specific business results from information on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeCraft Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "last updated" date above.
